Method

Step 1 – Combine Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 350°F/177°

  • In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder

  • In a second bowl, combine and blend the eggs, liquid, and melted butter

Step 2

  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk to combine

  • Add garnishes

  • Portion the batter into a loaf pans or muffin tins

  • Bake for 30 minutes for muffins or up to 50 minutes for loaves

  • The quick breads are done when a skewer inserted in them comes out clean
